In the Wild:
Art About Nature
Artlink is now accepting entries for Into the Wild, an exhibition exploring the endless beauty and intricacies of nature. Visual art responding to the natural world is eligible. Whether a direct depiction, an abstraction inspired by nature, or a work made directly from natural elements or found objects, there are many ways in which an artist can participate in this theme. All media are accepted and any artist 18+ years of age residing in the United States is eligible.
This exhibition is juried by Artlink’s Exhibition Coordinator, Ellen Mensch. Ellen is a Fort Wayne based artist, curator and educator. She has a BFA in painting from Indiana University and MFA in two-dimensional studies from Bowling Green State University. She has managed the exhibitions, educational programming and marketing at Artlink for over 4 years, and had several years of gallery management experience prior. She has also taught visual arts courses at Bowling Green State, Purdue Fort Wayne and Saint Francis University.
