Class Description:

This class will explore pen and ink. We will begin with an ink and ink wash landscape drawing. This will be followed by an ink drawing of a small still life exploring different types of line to create different textures and values. Lastly we will do an ink and/or ink wash drawing of your choice (from photo or real life of a portrait, landscape, or still life). We will learn about the importance of a range of values, and how varying line direction and weight we can create textures, emphasis, and variety.

This class is intermediate to advanced.
