Book Cover Collage Workshop

In this 2-hour workshop, participants can bring your own book cover or choose from a variety of vintage Encyclopedia and book covers to collage on. Various compositions including nature motifs, birds, and plants will be demonstrated.  After you choose your subject matter, collage until your heart is content.  Learn a bit about substrates, adhesives, and cutting tools and come ready to have a great time. All skill levels welcome and all supplies included. Ages: 18 and up.

About the Instructor

Hannah Burnworth is the artist behind Milk House Studio. Burnworth has degrees in both art education and studio art. She has been teaching in both public schools and through private workshops for 14 years. In addition to teaching, Burworth loves to create all things paper. Her handmade books, collage, and paper works celebrate creativity and design, bringing together a love for texture, color, nature and the beauty of everyday life. Burworth has shown her work regionally and nationally.
